Kombucha Tea & Cara Cara Oranges Refresher
The fastest and tastiest refresher, or appetizer drink, you could have on a warm summer day, or any other day if you’d like.
I’m already thinking of summer in February. I guess I’m ready for the cold days to be over and enjoy the long warm and bright summer days.
You’ll love this refresher especially if you’re a Kombucha Tea lover. Yes, there is Kombucha Tea in the mix along with cara cara oranges!
I do recommend a good quality raw organic kombucha, non-GMO, vegan and low-sugar. The health benefits of kombucha won’t be maximized if the other ingredients don’t follow the health pattern that we’re looking for. So, please pay attention to the included ingredients when you buy your kombucha. :)
I got into the kombucha drinking as one day I was reading about the microbiome health and all the sources of probiotics. If you’re not already familiar with what kombucha is, I do encourage you to look into it. Here’s a helpful resource to check out.
This drink I would include in the category of an ‘appetizer drink’, served before a meal. The probiotics in this refresher are perfect for getting your digestive system going. This refresher will tantalize your taste buds and get you ready for your main meal.
